i applied icy hot to my bum knee just now. the smell instantly brings me back to blowing my arm out sophomore year of high school. something you guys may not know about me- i grew up playing baseball and doing nothing else. pretty much since i was able to walk, i was able to swing a bat and throw a ball. growing up i was always on 3 or 4 different teams. baseball was my life. for whatever reason...
